Rio Mesa is a novelty and western font family. This typeface has two styles and was published by FontMesa.

A FontMesa original, Rio Mesa, with it’s western flare, comes with an extra fill font containing the serifs only.

You will need an application that works in layers in order to use the fill fonts that come with FontMesa fonts.
